Theresa Armistead has been a member of the IRWA, Chapter 1, Los Angeles for nine years.  She is currently a Right of Way Project Manager for a private consulting firm, Overland, Pacific & Cutler, Inc.  Prior to working directly in the right of way field her work experiences varied from private to public entities, i.e. Walt Disney Imagineering, Real Estate Development to the Los Angeles County, Community Development Commission/Housing Authority.  She accomplished a marketing career in the insurance industry covering life and property, casualty disciplines.  Ms. Armistead is an active life member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. where she has held various officer and trustee positions for this international service organization focused on Los Angeles community for the past twenty five years.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.
