Kenneth Stanberry provides Asset Management for an array of commercial and industrial properties as a Real Estate Associate II for the City of Los Angeles, Harbor Department. Kenneth was previously employed as a Real Property Appraiser for the Los Angeles County Assessor’s Office. 

Prior to working in the real estate field he enjoyed an extensive career in the computer technology Industry serving both private and public entities.  Work experiences included Network Analyst, Information Technology Manager, and Director of Technology.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University Dominguez Hills.

Kenneth currently holds a California Residential Appraisal license, a California Real Estate Broker’s license, and recently earned the Senior Right of Way Agent designation from the IRWA.
