Bill Larsen has been employed with Integra Realty Resources – Los Angeles since 2000, where he manages multi-property eminent domain appraisal projects for public agency clients in Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. Recent eminent domain projects have been completed for utility system upgrade, street widening, well infrastructure, and grade separation purposes. Bill has managed appraisals of property types including industrial, office, hotel, retail, special purpose, and undeveloped land. He previously held the positions of Director with an Irvine-based appraisal firm serving a public agency clientele and Real Estate Investment Manager with a Los Angeles-based life insurance company. Bill received an MBA with a concentration in Finance from UCLA and a BA from the State University of New York (SUNY), at Albany.
