Mark Brusca joined Riggs & Riggs, Inc. as an Associate Appraiser in January, 2004. He has a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles and an A.S. degree in Computer Network Systems Engineering from Moorpark College.


Mark joined IRWA Chapter 1 in January 2005. He is currently taking classes through the Appraisal Institute.
