Title Chair

Teri Kortens is Account Executive for Land America Lawyers Title Company.  Ms. Kortens possesses 18 years of title experience and 39 years of licensed Department of Real Estate expertise.  Teri has worked on both sides (public and private entities) of the industry, which has enabled her to provide her clients with technical expertise and efficient service that is needed in the construction, subdivision, and acquisition process of industrial, commercial, and residential transactions.

Ms. Kortens has worked on numerous projects nationwide and her most recent accomplishments was title work on the Alameda Corridor.  As a hands on professional, Teri currently serves as Chapter 1’s Title Chair and is a past Board member of S.A.M.E. and Army Corp. of Engineers.
