Tom Hanley, P.E.

Public Agency Liaison Chair

Tom is a registered California Civil Engineer with wide experience with right-of-way engineering. He has worked on land acquisitions for the Outer Loop Freeway in Phoenix, the San Joaquin Tollway in Orange County, and the Alameda Corridor in Central Los Angeles. He is currently employed by the Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) as Right-of-Way Engineer and is in charge of permitting and approving all encroachments onto railroad property.

Tom has been a member of Chapter 1 and served as Engineering Chair for 2000 and 2001. He was most recently Chapter 1 President and has recently begun course work for SR/WA Certification.
