Bryan G. Riggs, MAI, SR/WA, has been involved with the real estate field since 1984.  He holds the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute and the SR/WA designation with the International Right of Way Association.  He has served as the Education Coordinator and on Admission Committees with the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (SCCAI) and served as interim Director of the Central Coast Branch of SCCAI.  Additionally, Mr. Riggs periodically teaches real estate courses at the School of Business and Economics at California State University, Northridge on a part-time basis.  Mr. Riggs is currently employed with Riggs & Riggs, Inc., serving as President.  He is qualified as an expert witness. Riggs and Riggs, Inc., is a consulting firm in Simi Valley, California, providing expert witness testimony, appraisal report preparation for full take of fee, permanent easement, or temporary easement right of way assignments, and appraisal report preparation for private, and public lending assignments in Southern California.  Property types include a wide range of uses, including lending valuations, determination of severance damage and/or benefits for condemnation right of way assignments, redevelopment acquisitions, property tax appeals, deficiency judgments, planning and estate purposes.
